• AI research tools and applications including Foro AI Forum, AI Trading Bot, Crypto Portfolio Rebalancer, and Macro Crypto Dashboard

• API services and developer tools

3. User Accounts and Registration

• Past performance does not guarantee future results

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Saga AI Research Labs from and against any claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or relating to your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
